Our place, Technocraft Ind.Ltd., is situated in New Panvel, specifically within The Bright Steel Co. Op. Society. We are at Rh-1 on Plot No-22 in Sector-3. It’s a bit of a mouthful to explain the address to delivery drivers, but we’ve been here in the Raigad district for quite some time now. Panvel is growing fast, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass building. We are just a group of people working out of a society plot. It’s a practical setup for us. We deal with the industrial side of things, mostly keeping our heads down and focusing on the tasks at hand. The monsoon season here can be pretty intense, sometimes the rain makes it hard to get much done, but we manage. We don’t really do fancy presentations or marketing stuff. We’d rather just show the results of what we do. The 410 206 pin code area is home to us. It feels more like a community than just a business park. We have our regulars who stop by, and we’ve gotten to know the other business owners in Sector-3. It’s a simple way of working, and it suits us just fine. We just try to keep things moving and get through the week without too much stress. It is a decent enough way to spend the day for all of us.
