TEAMBOUNTERS CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located at B-2/4 in the Raghunandan Complex. It’s right on Sinhagad Road in the Vitthalwadi area of Pune City. Teambounters Consulting is a small operation. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. Our office is just a plain room with some desks, chairs, and a couple of printers that sometimes jam when we're in a hurry. We spend most of our time doing consulting work, which means we talk to a lot of different people throughout the day. The complex is a busy place with a lot of other small businesses, so there is always some activity going on. We like being part of the local community here. We don't really have a formal way of doing things. We just figure out what needs to be done and then we do it. It’s a very straightforward approach. Most of us have been working together for quite a while, so we don't need to explain things to each other too much. We know how the business works. We don't have a fancy website or a big advertising budget. We just rely on doing a decent job for our clients so they come back to us. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do and we’re okay with that. Being near Sinhagad Road also means we have to deal with the traffic, but we've learned the best times to avoid it when heading home.
