TCI XPS

You can find us at the Shree Krushan Warehouse on Awalwadi Road, just off the Wagholi Main Road. TCI XPS is tucked away in the back of the warehouse complex. It’s a big, echoing space filled with boxes of all shapes and sizes. We spend most of our shift walking the concrete floors and checking labels. It’s a bit chilly in the mornings and gets quite dusty when the wind blows through the big doors. We have a small cabin inside the warehouse where we keep the computer and the manifest. It’s nothing fancy, just a place to get out of the sun for a minute. The trucks come and go all day long, and the sound of forklifts is basically the background music of our lives. We have a small team here. We know each other well and usually share our tiffin boxes at lunchtime. Dealing with so many packages means you have to stay sharp, or things get lost. We don't use much corporate talk; we just say what needs to move and where it needs to go. The road outside can get pretty clogged with traffic, so we have to plan our timings carefully. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and moving, but it keeps us busy. We just keep the warehouse organized and the trucks moving. It is a lot of counting and checking, but that is just the job.
