Our office is situated in Narayan Peth, right near the Patrya Maruti temple on Fergusson College Road. It’s an old neighborhood with a lot of character. We work out of the Kashinath building. Most of our day is spent dealing with legal papers and consulting with people who walk in. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for the sounds of the temple nearby. We handle a variety of local cases and paperwork issues. It’s not a high-pressure law firm with marble floors; we have wooden desks and a lot of filing cabinets. Sometimes the files get a bit disorganized, but we know where everything is. People come to us when they have a problem or need some advice on local regulations. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and have seen the area change quite a bit. We don't use a lot of fancy legal jargon if we can help it; we just tell people what their options are in plain English. It’s a lot of reading and writing, which can get tiring after a few hours. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get the documents filed on time. It’s a steady pace here, and we prefer it that way. Usually, it's just about being thorough and making sure the clients understand what's happening with their files. We keep things simple and just do the work as it comes.
