Our place is located at 70/9/B in Erandawana, right here in Pune. It’s a well-known neighborhood, and we’ve been tucked away in this spot for a while. Swenpro Consultants is basically just me and a couple of part-time helpers when things get really busy. Since it’s an OPC, it’s a very personal business. I handle most of the consulting work myself. People usually reach out when they have technical questions or need help with project management that they can’t handle on their own. The office isn’t much to look at, just a room with some sturdy tables and a lot of books. I try to keep things simple. Erandawana is a good area because everything you need is close by, though parking can be a real headache some days. I don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like I know everything. If I can help, I will. If I can’t, I’ll tell you. Most of my day is spent reading through reports or checking on how different projects are moving along. It’s quiet work, but it keeps me busy. I like the independence of running my own shop. You won't find any glossy posters on the walls here. Just a calendar and maybe some notes pinned up. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living and help out other local businesses in Pune. I've lived around here for years, so I know how the local market works and what people expect.
