If you walk down the Main Road in Nana Peth, you will find us right there. We have been in this part of Pune for quite a while now. It is a small place, nothing too fancy, but it gets the job done for the ladies in the neighborhood. Usually, the mornings are quiet and we spend time cleaning the mirrors and setting up the chairs. By afternoon, it gets much busier with people coming in for basic things like haircuts or getting their eyebrows done. We hear a lot of stories from everyone who sits in the chair. It feels more like a community spot than just a business. Nana Peth is a crowded area, so there is always noise from the street outside, but inside we try to keep it steady. We use the same products we’ve trusted for years because we know how they work. My assistants and I have lived around here for most of our lives, so we know our customers by name. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if someone comes in after work and needs something done. We also have a small corner where people can wait, and usually there is a local newspaper or some old magazines to read. It isn't much, but it makes the wait easier when we have three people ahead of you. We don't have a big marketing plan or a website. Most people just see the sign while walking to the market and stop by.
