Bakers Nail

Bakers Nail is located in Dhayarigaon, specifically near the 515 Army Base Workshop Colony in the HAL 3rd Stage area, at number 201/5. It’s a bit of a specific spot, and mostly the people who live in the colony or nearby are the ones who come to us. We spend our nights and early mornings baking so that everything is ready by the time people wake up and want their bread or biscuits. The smell of the oven is usually what tells people we are open. We don't have a large staff, just a few of us making sure the dough is right and the ovens are at the correct temperature. It’s honest work, and it can get pretty hot in the back of the shop, especially during the summer months. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide basic baked goods for the neighborhood. The colony is a quiet place for the most part, which we like. We’ve gotten to know the families around here quite well over time. Sometimes kids come in after school for a treat, and we see the same people every morning for their daily loaf. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the shelf isn't empty when someone walks in. It’s a simple life running a bakery in Dhayarigaon, and we are happy to just keep the ovens going every day.
