Suzan Travels

We are based out of Flat No 6 in the Runwal Valencia building on Nagar Road. It’s a bit different than a regular shop because we’re right next to the TCS office, so there’s always people walking around and plenty of cars. Suzan Travels is more of a home-style office than anything else. You come in, sit down on the sofa, and we talk about where you’re trying to go. It’s a lot easier than those big travel agencies where you’re just another number in a queue. We’ve got the computer set up in the corner and a stack of papers that usually needs sorting. Being on Nagar Road means it’s easy for folks to drop by after work, though finding a parking spot can be a real pain some days. We try to keep things simple here. We book the trips, sort out the tickets, and make sure people have what they need for their journeys. It’s not a huge operation with a bunch of staff, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped in Flat No 6 when a whole family comes in at once, but we make it work. It’s a nice enough place to spend the day, and being near the tech park keeps things interesting with all the different people coming through. We just do our bit and hope everyone gets to their destination on time without too much trouble at the airport.
