Suyash Hospital

Suyash Hospital is situated on Centre Street in the Camp area, right inside Misriwar Apartment at number 432. If you know the neighborhood, you know how busy it gets around here, especially near the Kedaari Building. We are on one of the floors of the apartment block, so it feels more like a lived-in space than a cold institution. The hallways are a bit narrow and the walls have been painted the same shade of off-white for years. We spend a lot of our time just managing the flow of people coming in from the street. The noise from the traffic outside reaches us, but you get used to the honking after a few days. We have our small setup for consultations and a few beds tucked away in the back. The tea stall right outside the main gate is where most of us get our morning chai. There is no big sign that lights up at night, just a simple board so people can find the entrance. We don’t have a lot of extra space, so things are packed in pretty tight. Sometimes the waiting area gets full and people have to stand out in the corridor for a bit. It’s a busy spot, and we just keep things moving as best as we can. We've known some of the families around here for years, and they just drop by when something is wrong. It’s a practical place for the people living in Camp.
