Our office for Surya Engineers & Contracotrs Pvt Ltd. is located at 520/13 in the Silver Woods Co-Op Soc.-3. We are part of the Mahatma Hsg.Society in Kothrud, Pune. It is a nice, settled neighborhood with plenty of trees around. Being in a housing society makes the workplace feel a bit more relaxed than a typical industrial zone. We handle a lot of contracting work from here, mostly focused on engineering projects. The space is filled with files, site photos, and various pieces of equipment. Kothrud has changed a lot over the years, but we have stayed right here in the 411028 area. We do not have a big fancy sign outside, just enough so people can find us. Our days are filled with meeting people and checking on the progress of different jobs we have going on. The society environment is quiet, which helps when we need to focus on some of the more complicated technical drawings. We are not a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a dedicated group of people who know how to get things built. Sometimes we share a meal together in the small kitchen area when the work piles up. We do not use flashy brochures or try to sound more important than we are. We just take the work as it comes and try to do it right. The stairs are a bit steep but we manage.
