Suresh Indu Lasers is located at S. No. 15 on Arihant Marg in Sukhsagar Nagar. We’re right in the Katraj area, which has grown a lot since we first started here. The office is easy enough to find if you know the landmark. It’s a decent-sized building with a lot of light coming in. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens and working with the equipment in the back. It’s not a very noisy place, mostly just the hum of the machines and the sound of someone typing. We have a small break area where we usually sit and have our lunch together. It’s a good group of people, many of whom have been with the company for several years. We don't really have a hierarchy here; everyone just knows what they need to do and they do it. The road outside, Arihant Marg, gets pretty busy in the evenings with people heading home towards Katraj. We try to finish up our work before the rush starts, but sometimes we stay late if there’s a big project. The office is filled with various bits of hardware and manuals. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just talk to each other and figure things out as they come up. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it seems to work for us and our clients.
