Solu Tech Water Services

We operate out of Nisha Apartment in the Shevantiban Housing Society. It’s on Plot Number 1 in Chinchwad, Pune. Solu Tech Water Services is basically just us working on water systems and stuff like that. Our office is in a residential-style building, so it doesn’t feel like a big corporate center. It’s actually quite quiet back here away from the main road. We have tools and parts stored in various corners of the rooms. Most of our work involves going out to see people at their homes or businesses, but this is where we come back to do the planning and fix the smaller things that can be brought in. The apartment is on the first floor, and we’ve been here for a while now. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of equipment delivered at once, but we manage to keep it organized enough to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at technical diagrams. My assistant usually handles the scheduling while I look at the technical side of the repairs. Chinchwad is a good place to be because there are so many houses and businesses that need help with their water systems. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on people telling their friends about us. It’s a small, practical setup where we focus on getting the water flowing properly. We drink a lot of coffee and just get on with the day’s list of tasks.
