Suresh Indu Laser (P) Ltd

This is our factory address, Unit II, out in Wagholi on the Pune Nagar Road. We are located right across from the Reality Warehouse. It’s a large industrial patch of land. We spend our days working with industrial lasers. The building is basically a large shed with a few office rooms built into the side. It gets pretty hot during the afternoon, but we have big fans to keep the air moving. We aren't much for corporate talk. We just show up and start the machines. Usually, there's a lot of scrap metal and parts sitting around. We handle everything from small parts to larger components. It’s a busy place with people coming and going. The road outside always has heavy trucks moving toward Pune or out toward the highway. We’ve been here for several years now. Most of our staff lives nearby. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. Just some calendars and safety posters. If you need a job done, you just talk to the foreman. We try to be honest about how long things will take. Sometimes parts are delayed and we just have to wait. That’s life in a factory. We take a lunch break together and then get back to it. It’s a simple routine but it works for us. We just focus on the lasers and making sure the cuts are clean. The evening shift usually wraps things up and we double check the locks before leaving.
