You can find us at 216 Neeta Chambers. It’s right on JM Road in the Shivaji Nagar area. That’s a pretty central part of town, so there is always something happening outside. Neeta Chambers is a well-known building, which helps people find us. We have both the hospital side and the diagnostic part here. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the machines for testing, but we make it work. Shivaji Nagar is always busy, so getting here can take a bit of time if the traffic is bad on JM Road. We see a lot of people coming in for tests or just general checkups. The atmosphere is just like any other local medical place. It’s not polished or shiny like those big private hospitals. We have our regulars and then people who are just passing through the city. The staff here has been around for a long time. We know the lab technicians and the nurses well. It’s a small group of us. We spend the day handling samples, talking to patients, and keeping records straight. It’s a lot of coordination between the diagnosis side and the beds. We don't have fancy brochures or a PR team. We just do the work. The building itself has been here for years. Sometimes the elevator in Neeta Chambers is a bit slow, but people don't seem to mind much. We just get on with it and try to be helpful to anyone who comes in.
