Supraja Clinic

Supraja Clinic is right on the ground floor of Mittal Chambers on J M Road in Shivaji Nagar. If you know the area, you know how busy J M Road can get with all the traffic and people rushing around. Being on the ground floor is a big help for our patients who can't walk up stairs very well. We see a lot of office workers from the nearby buildings who pop in during their lunch break or right after they finish work. The clinic itself is quite practical. We haven't spent much time on decorations because we think the space should just be for getting people better. There is always a bit of a hum from the street outside, but inside we try to keep things calm. We have been in Shivaji Nagar for a good bit of time now, and we’ve seen the buildings around us change, but our little corner in Mittal Chambers stays mostly the same. The staff here is just a few of us who have worked together for years. We know which patients like to talk and which ones just want to see the doctor and go home. We don't use any fancy booking systems that break down; we just use a regular diary. It’s easier that way for everyone. Sometimes we run a bit behind schedule if a case is complicated, but nobody seems to mind too much since they can just watch the street through the window while they wait.
