Sunil Purandare

Sunil Purandare is the name on the door here at 279 Gulmohar Road in Shivaji Nagar. We are tucked right behind the Congress House, which is usually the best landmark to give people when they are trying to find us for the first time. It is a small office, nothing too fancy to look at. We have been in this spot for a good while now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The office has an old fan that clicks a little when it is on high, and the desks are piled with files. We do not really go for the modern, polished look because that is just not how we work. It is mostly just Sunil and a little bit of help handling whatever comes through the door. Gulmohar Road gets quite busy during the middle of the day, so it can be a bit of a scramble to find parking sometimes. We usually get in around ten and stay until the work is finished. There is no big marketing team or anything like that here. Most of our visitors are people who have known us for years or heard about us from a neighbor. We just try to get the paperwork done and help out whoever walks in. It is a simple way of doing things, and it seems to suit this part of Shivaji Nagar just fine. If the light is on, we are probably in.
