Sunil Patil Associates

Our office is located on M G Road over in Karve Nagar. It is a very busy part of the city, so there is always something interesting going on right outside our front door. Sunil Patil Associates has been operating from this exact spot for quite some time. We have a small team of people who show up every morning and get straight to work on different projects. The space is very practical, and we haven't spent much on flashy decorations. We have our drafting tables and some computers that have seen better days but still work fine. Karve Nagar is a nice area because you can find almost anything you need within a short walking distance. We often walk down the street to grab a quick bite or to meet with people. The office atmosphere is fairly quiet most of the time, except for when we are debating over a specific design detail. We don't really do the whole corporate thing here. You won't see anyone in suits or having fancy meetings. It is just regular clothes and a lot of hard work. We handle a mix of different jobs, mostly local things around Pune. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little overwhelming, but we always manage to stay on top of things. Most clients find us because they saw our sign while driving by or a relative recommended us. We like the local feel of being on M G Road. It feels like we are truly part of the neighborhood.
