Sunil Motiram Jagtap is the name on the door here on Belsar D J Road. This is a local operation that has been part of the landscape for quite a bit. Being situated on D J Road means we see a lot of the local traffic and folks going about their business. The setup we have here is straightforward. We deal with various things depending on what the season calls for or what the local people are asking for at the time. It’s a small place, not a big office or a warehouse, just a spot where work gets done every day. We don't really go in for fancy talk or complicated ways of doing things. If someone comes by, we talk to them plainly and see how we can help out. Most of the people around Belsar know where to find us if they need something. The road can get a bit dusty during the summer months, but we just keep the doors open and keep working through it. It’s the kind of business where you know your neighbors and they know you. We’ve spent many years building a rhythm here, waking up, opening the shutters, and seeing what the day brings. It’s not a fast-paced life, but it’s steady and it keeps us busy enough. We plan to stay right here on D J Road for a long time to come because this is where our roots are.
