Sumarg Agro Products Private Limited has an office up on the 8th floor of the Samarth Construction building in Warje, Pune. The exact location is Survey No. 116, Hissa No. 3/1 and 3/3. It is a bit of a climb, but there is an elevator most of the time. Being in Pune means we are a bit further from the actual dirt than some other agro companies, but we handle the product side of things. We deal with various agro goods that come in from the rural areas nearby. It is a lot of phone calls and checking manifests. The office is usually cluttered with samples of seeds or dried goods. We are not fancy people, even if we are in a tall building. We wear casual clothes and drink a lot of tea while we work. The traffic in Warje can be a real mess in the evenings, so we usually start our day early. Our goal is just to move products from the farm to where they need to go without too much trouble. Sometimes the supplies are late, and we have to scramble to find a solution. That is just the nature of this business. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do our work and talk to our regular contacts. It is a straightforward way of living and we have been at this for a while now.
