Sukhayu Ayurvedic Panchakarma Wellness Centre

We are located over on Sinhagad Road, though we have a connection to the Lamington Road area as well. Our wellness centre is a place where things slow down a bit, which is a nice change from the busy streets right outside our doors. When you walk in, you’ll usually notice the scent of different oils and herbs we use for the Panchakarma treatments. It’s not a hospital environment, we try to keep it feeling more like a regular home where people can feel comfortable. The rooms are set up for the various traditional practices we do every day. We’ve got our wooden tables and the brass pots that have been around for quite a while. Our staff are local people who have learned these methods over many years. We don't have a big front desk with a computer screen blocking the view, just a simple sitting area where we talk to people about how they’re feeling. The traffic on Sinhagad Road can be pretty heavy, but once the door is closed, it gets much quieter. We aren't trying to be a fancy modern spa with flashing lights. We just stick to the old ways of doing things because that’s what we know. It’s a modest place and we spend our time making sure the herbs are fresh and the oils are ready. People come here when they want to get away from the noise for an hour.
