Sujit Kuamr Keshari

I am located over at Maharaja Complex on Paud Road in Kothrud. This area is pretty well-known and easy to get to. The complex has a lot of different businesses, and my space is one of them. It is a simple setup where I spend most of my day working with students. Kothrud is a busy part of Pune, and Paud Road is one of the main veins running through it. You can hear the hum of the city all day long from here. I have been doing this for a while now. It’s mostly about sitting down and going through the material one step at a time. The rooms are basic, just enough space for some chairs and a desk. People find me because they live nearby or their kids go to schools in the Kothrud area. It is not a huge operation with dozens of staff members. It is just me focusing on the teaching part. Every day brings a different set of challenges depending on what the students are struggling with. I don't really use much technology, just the old-fashioned way of explaining things on paper or a board. The Maharaja Complex is easy for parents to find when they come for pickups. I usually start in the afternoon and work until the sun goes down. It is a steady way of life and I have gotten used to the rhythm of the academic year and the exams.
