Suhas Gawade

I work out of Prmila Niwas in Chinchwad, right near Darshan Hall. It’s an easy place to find if you know the hall. I’ve been here for several years now, just doing my bit. It’s a quiet enough residential area, which I like because I can focus on my work. I don't have a big staff or a fancy office setup. It's basically just a room with my tools and a desk where I handle the paperwork. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and it gets a bit noisy, but that’s just how it is. People from around the neighborhood come to me when they need something handled. I try to be as helpful as I can, though I’m just one person and can only do so much in a day. The building is a typical Chinchwad house, nothing too modern. I keep my own hours mostly, though I’m usually around from morning till evening. I don’t believe in having a big website or anything like that; word of mouth has always been enough for me. Sometimes I take on too much and have to work through the weekend to catch up. It’s a simple life, really. I do my work, talk to the people who stop by, and try to keep things in order. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just a steady pace that works for me and the people I help. It keeps me going and pays for my tea.
