Agarwal Packway India is where we coordinate all our packing and moving jobs. The office is a simple room with a few tables and some benches for the workers to sit on while they wait for their next assignment. We keep a lot of packing materials around, like cardboard boxes and plastic sheets, so it feels a bit like a warehouse sometimes. It is a local operation, and we know the streets around Pimple Gurav very well. We do not use any fancy software or big corporate systems. We just use our notebooks and a few old computers to keep track of everything. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so it is a tight-knit group.
