Moving stuff is what we do all day over here at Suyog on the GIDC road. It’s a busy spot in Pandesara and the traffic near Kalewadi can get pretty backed up during the rush hours. We spend a lot of time around boxes and rolls of tape. Our space at number 3 is usually cluttered with packing materials because there is always something being wrapped or moved out. It’s hard work on the back, especially when the weather is humid, but we’re used to it by now. The trucks come and go at all hours and we have to keep track of where everything is headed. Sometimes we’re packing up a whole house and other times it’s just a few big items that someone needs sent across the state. We don't have a big fancy office, just a desk and some chairs where we handle the logs. Most of the day is spent on our feet or in the back of a van. You can hear the sounds of the industrial area all around us, mostly machinery and other trucks passing by. We try to get things packed tight so nothing shifts too much on the road. It’s a simple operation really. We show up, we pack, we move, and then we come back to start it again the next morning. It's just what we do to keep things going.
