Adesh Roadline

The office is over at House No. 1029 in Shiv Kripa Sociaty, which is right in Triveni Nagar. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes because we have a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks. Running a roadline business means the phones never really stop ringing. Drivers call in at odd hours to say they’re stuck in traffic or they’ve reached the warehouse. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking where the trucks are. Triveni Nagar is a decent area but the roads around here can get really backed up in the afternoons. Sometimes we’re just sitting here waiting for a confirmation while drinking tea. It’s not always organized perfectly, to be honest. Files get moved around and sometimes we have to search for a specific receipt for a long time. The society is quiet enough but our office is usually a bit chaotic with people coming in and out. We’ve been operating from this spot for a bit and it works for us. We don’t have a big corporate building, just this space in the house. It feels more like a home than a company most days. You can hear the neighbors and the kids playing outside while we’re trying to coordinate a delivery to another state. It’s just how we do things here. There is always a lot to do but we just handle it as it comes.
