We’ve been in Bibvewadi for a while now. The office is over at Jhagde Nagar, specifically in Survey No. 650-2-2. It’s a quiet enough spot near the Bibwewadi Hill Top, though the climb up can be a bit much if you’re walking in the afternoon sun. Most days start with tea and looking at whatever plans are currently on the boards. We spend a lot of time checking drawings and making sure measurements match what’s actually out there on the ground. Sudhir and the rest of us stay busy with the technical side of things. It’s not a fancy place, just a working space with plenty of paper and some computers that have seen better days. You can find us easily because people around Jhagde Nagar know the building. The traffic gets a bit messy during peak hours, but that’s just how Pune is these days. We mostly deal with local folks and small projects that come our way through word of mouth. There’s always someone coming in to ask about a wall or a roof, and we just try to give them a straight answer. It feels like a second home since we spend more time here than anywhere else. The desks are usually covered in blueprints and half-empty water bottles. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. Just some chairs and a table where we can sit down and look at things properly.
