Our office is located in Punawale, Pune, at Flat B 304 in the Sai Paradise building. We are right next to the S. K. CNG pump, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. Punawale has changed a lot lately, and being near the highway makes it easy for us to get around. We provide AEC services, so we deal with a lot of architecture and engineering details. The office is a quiet space where we can focus on the technical side of construction. We have a few workstations set up and the walls are mostly covered with site maps and project timelines. It is not a large office, but it is enough for our team to work comfortably. We usually start the day early before the traffic on the main road gets too heavy. There is a small balcony where we sometimes take a break and watch the cars line up at the gas station next door. We keep things pretty informal here. There are no suits or big meetings, just people working on computers and talking about structural issues or design plans. We have been here for a bit and the neighbors in Sai Paradise are used to us by now. It is a straightforward place for technical work. We just focus on the tasks we have and try to keep our clients updated on their projects. There is nothing fancy about it, just a place where we do our jobs every day.
