Our office is over in Shivaji Nagar, inside Mittal Chambers. It’s a bit of a maze in here sometimes, especially on the third floor where we are. Structwel Designers & Consultants Pvt Ltd has been around for some time, and we spend most of our hours looking at drawings and talking about building stuff. Being near the Rokdoba Temple means it can get pretty crowded outside during certain times of the day. The traffic on Jangali Maharaj Road is always something to deal with if you're coming in for a meeting. We have a bunch of desks covered in papers and blue prints, and there’s always someone on the phone. It’s not a quiet library, that’s for sure. We mostly help people figure out how to make their construction ideas actually work without falling down. Some of us have been working together since the start, so we know how each other thinks. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the room besides the computers. We don't really do big advertising; people usually find us because someone they know told them we do okay work. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but we try to head out before the evening rush gets too bad. It’s just a normal office doing professional work without any of that corporate fluff you see online. We just focus on the projects and try to get home to our families and take a break.
