Our branch of Stresstech Engineers Pvt Ltd is out in Wagholi, which is part of the Haveli Taluka in the Pune district. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but being out here gives us a bit more space to breathe. The area is developing fast, so there’s always construction noise or new buildings going up nearby. Our office is a simple place where we manage the local engineering projects. It gets quite dusty because of all the roadwork in the area, but we’re used to it. We have a small crew here who knows the ins and outs of the district. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby; you just walk in and see people at their computers or talking over a plan. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites, so the office can feel a bit empty some afternoons. When we are all here, it’s a bit of a squeeze, but we make it work. We’ve been in the 412207 area for a while and have seen it change from mostly fields to what it is today. We just focus on doing a decent job and making sure we don't fall behind on our schedules. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we like the independence of being out in Wagholi.
