Strategem Engineers India Pvt. Ltd. is located right near the Shiv Sena office in Ramnagar. We are at S.No. 21 in the Yerawada area of Pune, which is a place that never really stays quiet. There is always some activity happening outside on the street, and we’ve grown to like the energy of it. The office is pretty functional; we don’t have much in the way of decoration, just the tools and desks we need to get through the day. Working in Yerawada means we’re close to a lot of the action in Pune, and it makes logistics a bit easier most of the time. We aren’t a huge operation, so when you call, you’re usually talking to the same person who is actually doing the work. It’s a hands-on environment where we spend a lot of time troubleshooting and figuring out engineering problems. The floors are a bit worn from all the foot traffic, and there are always stacks of blueprints that need organizing. We try to keep things organized, but when we’re busy, the desks get a bit cluttered. It’s an honest day’s work for us. We take our breaks at the local tea stall and then get back to it. Being part of the Maharashtra business community is something we take as it comes, just focusing on the day-to-day tasks at hand.
