People usually find us over at W-40 in the T-Block area of MIDC Bhosari. It's a pretty busy spot with a lot of industrial stuff going on around us all the time. We’ve been here for a while now, just doing our design work and trying to keep up with the various projects that come through the door. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we put our heads down and get things drawn up on the computers. Some days it’s very quiet, and other days the phones don't stop ringing for hours. We have a small team, mostly just folks who know their way around design software and technical specs. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing where everyone wears a suit and tie. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable and get to work. Dealing with the traffic in Bhosari is probably the toughest part of the day, honestly. We mostly work with other businesses in the area, helping them out when they need something specific designed or mapped out for their own production. It’s practical work. We’ve had some clients stay with us for years, probably because they know where to find us and they know we’ll give them a straight answer about how long a job will actually take. If you walk into the office, you’ll probably see a lot of papers and maybe a few coffee cups lying around on the desks. That’s just how we operate. It's a real place with real people.
