Sterling Hospital

We are located in Sector 27, right near the Bhel Chowk in the Nigdi area. If you’re familiar with Pradhikaran, you know it’s a fairly busy part of town. The hospital sits right in the middle of all that activity. We have people coming in at all hours of the day and night. The lobby usually has someone sitting there, and there is always a bit of a bustle around the nursing stations. We’ve got a good number of beds and various departments spread out across the building. It’s a lot to keep track of, but the team here has a system that works for us. Working near Bhel Chowk means we hear the traffic outside quite a bit, but inside we just focus on the patients. We have the usual hospital smells and the sounds of machines beeping every now and then. It’s not a fancy place, just a practical one where we try to keep things organized and help the people who walk in. Our shifts are long, and we go through a lot of tea and snacks in the breakroom to keep going. We don’t do much in the way of marketing; the building is big enough that people know we’re here. It’s just a steady flow of work, from the emergency entrance to the regular wards, every single day of the week. We keep things simple and try to help everyone who comes through the Nigdi entrance.
