We are located over at Bhagat Angan, specifically at Plot No. 379 in the Yaswant Nagar area of Talegaon Dabhade. If you are familiar with Pune, you might know Katvi Road, which is right near where we sit. Our office is in Flat No. 4, and it’s a pretty quiet spot compared to the main city center. Being near Sngeet Bangla makes it easy for people to find us when they are coming for the first time. Sterling And Wilson Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this space for a bit now. It’s not one of those huge tech parks; it feels more like a home that we turned into a workspace. We spend our mornings going through emails and checking on our local projects. The air is a bit better out here in Talegaon than it is in the middle of Pune, which we all appreciate. Sometimes the local traffic on Katvi Road gets a bit backed up, but mostly it is just a steady flow of people going about their business. We don't have a big reception desk or anything, just some desks and our computers. Everyone here just does their own bit to keep things running. It is a very straightforward way of working. We eat our lunch together most days and talk about stuff that isn't always work-related. It keeps the atmosphere light. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay productive throughout the week.
