We are based in Warje Malwadi, over at Amar Bharat Society. It’s right near the Shankar Mandir. If you know that area, you’ll find us easily enough. We’re in building 45/2B. Warje is a bit more laid back than the center of Pune, which we actually prefer. Staar Business Advisors is just a regular company. We aren't doing anything flashy. We have a set of offices here where we handle our business affairs. The society is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet during the day, except for the temple bells every now and then. We like the atmosphere here. It’s not a high-pressure corporate park. We have our desks, our computers, and a small pantry where we make tea. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage to get everything done. We aren’t big on corporate talk or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Most of our team has been around for a while, so we know how to work together. If you're coming by, it’s best to avoid the school bus times because the roads get narrow and crowded. We don’t have a fancy reception or anything. Just knock on the door and someone will let you in. It’s a very practical, straightforward place to work. We enjoy the local food from the stalls nearby and the quiet neighborhood vibes. It’s a good spot for us.
