We’ve been based out of Magarpatta for a while now, specifically on the third floor of the Destination Center at No. T-13. It is a busy spot in Hadapsar and there is always something going on downstairs. We spend most of our mornings getting the paperwork sorted and making sure everything is ready for the day ahead. It isn't a fancy setup, just some desks and chairs where we get the work done. The office gets a bit of sun in the afternoon which makes it warm, but we've gotten used to it. Most people know us around here because we have been in this building for quite some time. We handle different things throughout the week and usually, the phones start ringing before we even get the tea ready. It’s mostly about keeping things moving and making sure nothing gets stuck in the system. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs which is good exercise I guess. We aren’t trying to be some big corporate entity; we are just local folks trying to keep the agency running smoothly for everyone who comes through our doors. Some days are quieter than others, but there is always a stack of files needing attention or someone dropping by to ask a question. We just focus on the task right in front of us until it's time to lock up and head home.
