Sri Nilaya Mens Hostel

We run this hostel over in Vishrantwadi, specifically in the Karelibaug area. It’s quite close to Serene Hospital, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to navigate these streets. The building isn't new, but it’s sturdy and we try to keep things running as best as we can. Running a mens hostel means there is never a dull moment. There are always people coming back from work or heading out for the night shift. We have a simple setup with rooms and basic furniture. It’s not a hotel, so don't expect room service or anything like that. It is more of a place for guys to have a roof over their heads while they work or study in the city. I spend a lot of my time handling the small stuff, like a leaky tap or making sure the gate is locked at night. The neighborhood is okay, and having the hospital nearby means it stays relatively well-lit and active. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone’s friend tells them about a vacancy, and they show up with their bags. It’s a straightforward arrangement. I try to keep the rules simple so everyone gets along. It is just a local hostel providing a place to stay for those who need it in this part of Vishrantwadi.
