Cozy Homes

Cozy Homes is located in the Asarwa Railway Colony area, specifically over at Mariyambibi Chali in Hadapsar. Being near the railway colony means we hear the trains fairly often, but after a while, you just stop noticing the noise. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of people moving around, which fits what we do perfectly. Our office is a modest space where we keep track of everything. It’s not a place with marble floors or expensive art. Instead, we’ve got practical furniture and stacks of folders. We spend most of our time talking to people and trying to figure out the best way to help them with their housing needs. Some days are slow and we just sit around cleaning up the files, while other days are so hectic we barely have time to eat. The Mariyambibi Chali area has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of that over the years. We’re just regular people who know a lot about the local buildings and who’s moving where. Sometimes neighbors drop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about something in the colony. We don't use big words or try to act more important than we are. If there's a problem, we just try to fix it without making a big fuss. The door handle sticks a bit in the humidity, so you have to give it a good tug to get inside. It's a real place with real people working.
