Living at our place in Wakad near the Datta Mandir is pretty straightforward. We have this building, Darshan Building, in the G Block of the Bandra Kurla area. It’s a busy spot, mostly because people are always coming and going for their jobs. The rooms aren't huge, but they have beds and a place to put your bags. We spend a lot of our time making sure the water is running and the kitchen is doing okay. We see a lot of young guys moving in when they get their first jobs in the city. They stay for a few months or a year and then move on to something else. It can get a bit noisy in the hallways in the evenings when everyone gets back from their shifts. We don't have a lot of rules, just the basic stuff to keep the peace between everyone. The Trident and other big buildings are close by, so it’s a handy spot for people who don't want to travel far to work. Sometimes the elevator acts up, and we have to call someone to fix it. We try to keep the common areas decent, though with so many people, it’s a constant job. The balcony looks out over the street towards the temple. It’s a good place for a tea break when things are quiet in the afternoon. We just provide a place to sleep and eat for people who are far from home.
