The office for Squibb Consulting is over in Kharadi, specifically in Trinity Tower. We are in Flat No II/103, which is part of the Gera Greensville complex at Sr No 64/1. Kharadi has become really busy over the last few years, so there is always something going on outside. The building itself is pretty easy to spot once you get into the Haveli area. It is a mix of people living here and a few small offices like ours. Being on the first floor is actually really convenient because we don't have to rely on the elevators when they get crowded during the lunch hour. The space inside is basically just a regular flat that we have converted into our workspace. It feels a bit more personal that way. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and the main room is where most of the work happens. Sometimes the traffic noise from the main Kharadi roads reaches us, but for the most part, Trinity Tower stays quiet enough. We are right in the middle of all the IT growth in Pune, but we keep things simple on our end. There is no big reception desk or anything fancy, just a few of us working on our laptops and handling the daily tasks. It is a practical location for us, especially with all the new cafes that have opened up nearby for a quick break when the afternoon gets too long.
