We are situated in Chinchwad at Plot Number 71 in Sector 20. This is an industrial area, so it is quite different from a typical office district. S.N. Joshi Consultants has been operating out of this plot for quite some time. The building is a simple structure on the plot. It is not a high-rise. We have plenty of space inside for our consulting work. It's mostly an open-plan layout with desks spread out. There is a lot of technical equipment and folders everywhere. Since it's Chinchwad, there's always the sound of machinery or trucks from the neighboring plots. We’ve grown used to it over the years. Our office isn't decorated to impress. It is built for work. We have a small area where we keep our reference books and project files. The staff here are mostly local folks who know the industrial belt well. We don't have any corporate branding or fancy logos on the walls inside. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes we have meetings around a big old wooden table in the middle of the room. It is a very practical and no-nonsense environment. We arrive in the morning, do our work, and head out in the evening. There are no frills here, just a group of people doing their jobs in a busy part of Pune. It is a solid place for a business to be.
