Snj Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Vallabhnagar in Pimpri. Specifically, we are in Flat No. 4 of the D1 Orchid building, which is part of the Sukhwani Shelters complex. It’s more of a quiet setup here compared to the big IT parks in Pune. We like the pace of being in a residential area. You can usually find Prasanna N. Doijad here handling the main bits of the business. It’s a small office, mostly filled with files, a couple of desks, and the smell of tea. Being in Pimpri means we are close to the industrial belt but tucked away enough to actually get thinking done. We don't have a giant neon sign or a lobby with a water feature. It’s just an apartment converted into a working space where we meet clients and sort through their needs. The walk up to the building is nice, lots of trees around Sukhwani Shelters. We’ve found that being in a spot like this makes people feel more comfortable, like they’re just visiting a neighbor for advice. We don't use a lot of jargon. We just talk through the problems and try to find a way forward. It’s a simple operation. Sometimes the building elevator is acting up, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We’ve been in 411018 for quite some time now and don't plan on moving. It’s a solid place to work from.
