S.N. Joshi Consultants Pvt. Ltd

Our office is over in Aundh at the Ravi Kiran housing society. We are in Flat Number 201. It is a regular residential building, so it doesn't really feel like a cold corporate office. S.N. Joshi Consultants has been based here for some time. We like the neighborhood because it is mostly quiet, except for the usual street sounds. Inside the flat, we've converted the rooms into workspaces. The main living area has the bigger desks and we use the bedrooms for storage and smaller workstations. It is a bit of a tight squeeze with all the paperwork we have to keep. We have a small balcony where some of us go to get a bit of air during the day. There is no big sign on the main gate, just a small nameplate near the doorbell. We mostly work with people who already know us. It is not the kind of place where random people just walk in off the street. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day and the kitchen is always busy. The furniture is a bit mismatched since we’ve added pieces over the years as we needed them. We don't have a formal dress code. Most days it is just jeans and shirts. It feels more like a family-run thing than a big company. We just focus on getting the projects finished. Aundh is a good spot for us and easy for the staff to reach.
