Shweta Engineers Pvt Ltd is located over at Plot No 21/16 in Chinchwad. This part of town is mostly industrial, so we fit right in with the other workshops and units nearby. We have been operating from here for quite some time. The space is filled with tools, parts, and various pieces of machinery that we use for our daily tasks. It’s not the cleanest environment, but that’s because we are actually making things and fixing stuff all day long. The sound of machines is pretty constant from morning until evening. Our staff is mostly made up of people who live nearby and have been working with metal and engines for years. We don't have a lobby or a fancy waiting area for guests. If someone comes by, they usually just find us on the shop floor. We keep a ledger of our jobs and try to stay on top of the deadlines, though things can get a bit chaotic when several orders come in at once. Chinchwad is a good place for an engineering firm because everything we need is usually just a short drive away. We just focus on the technical side of things and try to get the work out the door on time. It is a no-frills kind of place, just an honest workshop where people work hard and go home tired. We don't need fancy decorations to do what we do well.
