Our workshop is out in Chikhlee, specifically at 796 Kudalwadi. This isn't a part of town where you'll find fancy offices or parks. It’s an industrial area through and through, filled with scrap shops and engineering units. We spend our days surrounded by metal, oil, and the smell of welding. The floor is usually covered in iron shavings, and our hands are rarely clean. We deal with heavy parts and machinery every single day. It’s loud, and the air is often thick with the sound of grinders. We don't have a reception desk or a waiting lounge. If you come to see us, you’ll likely find us in our overalls working on a lathe or fixing a component. It’s a tough environment, especially when the sun is hitting the tin roof in the middle of the afternoon. We drink a lot of water and just keep pushing through the work. Kudalwadi is a bit of a maze of narrow lanes and heavy trucks, but we’ve been here long enough to navigate it easily. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy website. We just know how to work with steel and iron. It’s a basic engineering shop run by people who aren't afraid of getting dirty. We take the work as it comes and try to get it out of the door on time without making any big promises we can't keep.
