We are based out of the Atlas Compound, right near the Gheekanta Char Rasta in Chinchwad. Our specific spot is numbered 58/59/6D/2. It’s a proper industrial area, so there’s always the sound of trucks and machinery in the air. We’ve been operating here for quite a while, and the compound is like a little community of its own. Our space is mostly taken up by the equipment and the materials we use for production. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, with bits of metal and dust here and there, but it’s a working shop. We spend most of our hours on the floor making sure the machines are running as they should. It gets pretty hot during the middle of the day, especially with the metal roof. We usually take our breaks together and just sit in the shade for a bit. Most of the people we deal with are other business owners from around the Chinchwad area. We don't have a fancy office for meetings; usually, we just talk out in the main area or by the door. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We’ve seen other shops come and go in the Atlas Compound, but we’ve managed to keep things going. It’s just about showing up every day and putting in the time. There’s no secret to it, just steady work and keeping the machines maintained. We usually wrap things up as the sun starts to go down.
