You can find us at Harshe Vardhan Apartment, right by the Gajanan Maharaj Mandir in Parvati. It’s a bit of a different kind of clinic, hence the name Nirnirale Upcram. We’ve set up shop inside this apartment building, so it feels a bit more like a home than a sterile hospital environment. People usually find their way here after visiting the mandir nearby. The rooms aren't huge, but they serve the purpose for the different treatments we do. We spent some time getting the space ready, though there’s always a bit of clutter on the main desk with papers and various bottles. It’s mostly locals from the Parvati area who come by. We talk to them about their health and try different methods to help them feel better. It’s not always a quick process. The neighborhood is usually quite busy, but inside the apartment, it stays fairly calm for the most part. We have a few simple chairs for people to sit while they wait their turn. Sometimes we run a bit behind schedule because a conversation goes longer than we planned. That’s just how it is when you’re dealing with people's health issues. We don't have a big reception desk or a bunch of uniformed staff. It’s just us working in this particular space. We’ve got our books and our supplies tucked into the shelves. It’s a modest setup, nothing too grand. We just focus on the work we have in front of us each day.
