Shivneri Hospital

Shivneri Hospital is located on the first floor of the Manik Moti Complex, specifically in the C 1 section. We are right on the Pune Satara Road in Katraj. It’s a very busy road with a lot of trucks and cars going by all day long. Being on the first floor is handy because it’s just one flight of stairs up, though there is a lift for people who can't manage the steps. We have a decent amount of space inside the Manik Moti Complex for our beds and the consultation rooms. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We don’t have expensive art on the walls or leather sofas in the waiting room. We just have sturdy chairs and clean floors. Katraj is a growing area, and we see a lot of families who have recently moved nearby. We deal with all sorts of things, from fevers to accidents that happen on the road outside. Our doctors and nurses are mostly people who live in this part of Pune, so they understand the local way of doing things. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy from the traffic on Pune Satara Road, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We keep our paperwork simple and focus on looking after whoever walks in. It’s a practical, local hospital for the folks in Katraj.
