Shivalaya Transport Co Pvt Ltd is over in Sector No 23, inside the Supreme Transport Building. We are on the first floor in Flat No 121. It’s a bit of a maze in this building sometimes, but once you find us, you’ll see we’re just a regular group of people working hard. Being in Transport Nagar means we are surrounded by others in the same business, which is good for keeping an eye on things. We’ve been operating from this Nigdi location for quite a while. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of tea cups. We spend most of our day on the phone with drivers or checking where the loads are. It’s a lot of paperwork, which nobody really likes, but it’s got to be done. We don't go in for big promises or shiny brochures. We just tell you what we can do and then we go ahead and do it. If there’s a problem, we fix it. That’s the way we were taught to run a business. The traffic in this sector can get pretty crazy in the afternoons, but we’re used to it. We know the guys in the other offices and we all kind of help each other out when needed. It’s a decent living and we take pride in just being reliable neighbors in the transport hub, even when things get stressful.
