Shiv Packers

Shiv Packers is based at 19/C/D on the Chinchwad Ring Road. We spend most of our time surrounded by cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, and rolls of tape. Being right on the Ring Road makes it easy for our trucks to get in and out, which is pretty important for what we do. Moving house or shifting an office is always a bit of a headache for people, so we just try to help with the heavy lifting and the packing. Our office isn't much to look at—it’s mostly a place to store packing materials and schedule the next job. We aren't a big national chain with a hundred branches. We’re just a local team that knows the Chinchwad area and the surrounding streets really well. We don't have a polished sales team. When you call us, you’re usually talking to one of the guys who will actually be doing the work. Sometimes the schedule gets a bit frantic, especially at the end of the month when everyone seems to be moving at once. We’ve seen all sorts of items, from heavy old wardrobes to boxes full of delicate kitchenware. It’s a physical job and can be quite tiring, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a truck loaded up and ready to go. We keep things straightforward and don't make big promises we can't keep. It's just about getting boxes from one place to another without too much fuss.
