Shashwat Hospital

Shashwat Hospital is right in the middle of Happy colony in Kothrud. Our address is number 22. It’s a residential area mostly, so we see a lot of families who live just a few streets away. The hospital stays quite active throughout the day and night. We have doctors coming in for their shifts and nurses moving around the wards to check on the patients. It’s a local place where everyone seems to know everyone else. Sometimes the reception gets a bit crowded when the morning consultants arrive, but we try to manage the flow as best as we can. We’ve been part of the Kothrud landscape for some time now. The building itself is straightforward, nothing too flashy, just clean rooms and the necessary medical gear. People come here for all sorts of reasons, from minor checkups to more serious stuff that requires staying overnight. We spend our time managing the pharmacy, checking records, and making sure the kitchen is sending out meals on time. It is a lot of coordination between the different staff members. We don't really have a big corporate feel here. It’s more like a neighborhood hub where people feel comfortable walking in. Most of our staff lives nearby too, which makes it feel even more like a local operation. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done every day.
